Hey guys and gals, long term Mazda enthusiast here and member of various forums, and in the process of purchasing a car. 1st car was a Mazda (96 protege) and currently own a totaled 323 It was my project car with a built motor and a little turbo/suspension for the extra kick has quite some rare goodies on it (shameless plug: which are all currently for sale). The car got totaled by a certain female driver and I have been on the lookout for another BG since then.
Recently life changed for me (graduation and work) and am looking to get either get a Mazdaspeed 6 or 3. Looking forward to reading up on all the info offered on this forum and perhaps even purchasing a vehicle from here.

My criteria for the new car is, should be below 70k miles and not ragged to hell, and preferably below $14k...I think I can find something in that area.

Anyway sorry for the lengthy intro, hope to get to know some of yall soon, and here's some pics of the Mazdas :lol:

The 323 is currently sitting on jack-stands disassembled since i'm parting everything out. The shell is pretty dented up in the rear and will be going probably to the scrapyard, or whoever gives me like $100 and tows it away.

damn, too bad that is a drive to tow a car home. I would buy it in a heart beat.

Nope, it's a regular fwd 323 w/ a BPt in it. VJ20 turbo, cut intake manifold, p&p head, GTX fuel injectors/intake cam, rebuilt block, ran at ~15psi. Was definitely a blast to drive, and even better getting looks of other people when they're left in the dust
