1st of all, thanks for the education on the Mazda6 and have learned a lot here that helped me decide on a new Mazda6 Touring (6sp.manual). Just picked it up yesterday - had to go to Rhode Island from Long Island to pick it up and brought it home on the ferry. Just a little nervous bringing it across, but all went well.

Congratulations! Gorgeous car - the blue on black in my second favorite color combination on the 6. The heated seats and nav are worthwhile updates on the 2017.5 models.

Thank you guys! I'm enjoying it for sure. The added tech features are a nice to have for sure here in the N.E. plus Mazda added "Advanced Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross Traffic Alert" as well to all new Mazda6 models. Strangely though, not added with the Touring model were heated mirrors or fog lights. I know they are trying to keep somethings exclusive to GT models, but for me, I would have preferred heated mirrors (which are fairly critical) and fogs for improved vision and forgo some of the tech such as Nav if I had the option. I've just ordered fogs and upgraded switch to take care the lights - considered 1st mod?

Congrats on the new car and on keeping the manual transmission “flame” burning!

I just wish I could see the pictures...

Welcome aboard.

You've fallen victim to photobucket's new way to suck by charging you to third party host your pics.

Craps. Sorry about that guys they were there. If you click on the individual links/boxes, does it bring you to my photobucket site? Any way around this - another hosting site? I've tried adding direct links below each hosted pic. Hope that helps.

Congratulations on your car! You can post pictures directly from your computer without having to host them.

That sure looks familiar! TACSA Mazda, back in the day TACSA Ford was the greatest Ford racing dealerships in the northeast.
