I mounted my tweeters so they'd be facing perfectly towards me- which is very, very good for the sound. Usually, car audio tweeters accentuate the highs to compensate for bad positioning. However, all tweeters are far more revealing and have more frequency extention when listened to on-axis.

In fact, this is so true, that the tweeters were far too loud with their new mounting angles. So, I created an attenuation circuit to quiet them down. The result is very revealing audio while still keeping a balanced sound.

So how revealing are they? Well, let's just say that I almost wish I hadn't done this, because I hear every bit of harshness frmo the stock head unit. It's worse on some songs than others, and can be irritating or not depending on the song. Less strict listeners probably wouldn't even hear it.

Hmmm another thing I see now - you don't have the same lock buttons as we have! We have chrome flip things things that sit right above the chrome handle.
