I put some pictures online from my trip to Motorshow Essen. I hope all the links are working. Right now I won't be answering any questions, 'cause it's 2:30 am and I'm quite tired after editing all that stuff. Oh, yeah...just in case anyone might want to ask...bigger pictures maybe later. Alright...here's the link.

ENJOY! :D

Great pics! Thanx!

I noticed brake discs are perforated. And what makes me feel good is that my car doesn't look THAT different from the MPS... LOL Heck, it's a 6 anyway!

I love the side mirrors with the led signal lights. I wish I could buy those aftermarket.

Excellent stuff.
The 6 is still lovely no matter is in the pumped out section (MPS) or just nicely touched (GTS).
Honda ... that Accord restated my initial impression of a 6 clone ... without 6's charm.
But the Peugeot ... they are going for the kill ... that's more like a little turboreactor airplane than a car.

The Honda, from the front, looked like A Lego Car. Not really ugly as you often say. Just mal-proportioned and boring. It's like they really tried but not really succeded.

The 92 Accord was a really nice design.. Why didn't they contiue on that line (VERY sleek and low mid-line). Looked like a rather long Prelude. Nowadays cars are bulky and over-designed. The 6 is also bulky and "big assed" but it really not visible, since it's agressiveness hides most of it.

And the rims at the bottom :D Yummy!

The incredible and remarkable thing about the Peugeot is, that it's powered by a HDI (diesel) engine!!! That's a pretty courageous concept. But it looks reeeeally good. :D

I know that the MPS was planned for production. That's why I was surprised to hear that they are still evaluating the production. BTW I saw someone doing a questionnaire concerning the MPS on that motorshow. They're really trying to catch people's opinions on that car.

Somehow it's a shame that there are pretty diverse statements. :( Now, who do you want to believe?

Don't always believe the answers you get at the auto shows.

I work in the auto show industry and a lot of the employees that work in most of the other displays aren't always up on current affairs. Most of them are given basic summaries on the cars they are showing. When pressed, most wouldn't be able to tell you the benefits of the roller rockers over a simple follower.

Every show I work, I go and check out the Mazda 6 and try to get more information, but the product specialists working the shows, just don't have much.

Regardless, everyone on this board should write Mazda and plead for the MPS!
