What if any universal muffler have you guys been able to add? I bought some Borlas but they don't fit. Looks like I have to have a offset/offset on one side and seemingly Magnaflow is my only option. What do your Magnaflows sound like? Is there any alternative?

I'm going with the Magnaflow 16609 system....it eliminates the stock exhaust rings, is stainless steel, and can be had for only $600 shipped. It's a steal IMHO; Magnaflow makes great stuff. Don't cob up your car with universals, spend the extra coin for a system.

I have a custom 3" to 2.5" w/the ATP DP. I just wanted something different like Borla but it looks like Magnaflow is the only option for a muff w/offset/offset on one side.

the universal mufflers sound crappy...go with the magnaflow. its the best bang for your buck.

check with Revoloution (therpmstore.com) on those MF's.

they don't post the price, rather they want you to email & ask. Last time I asked (planning my x-mas list) they sent a reply with a price way (WAY) under 500. It's been a few months and there's no telling what the price is now, but I bet it's a goodly bit less than 600.
