Sometimes when I try to open or close my moonroof it'll stop halfway and the button will stop working. I then have to wait around 30 secs before the button works again and it opens/closes all the way. I took it to the dealer but they said that they couldn't find the problem so I was wondering if anyone else experienced this and if they know what the problem is. Thanks.

I hope you told the dealer to fix it, right?
If you can do it at the dealers then tell them they better look harder :D

Sounds like the regulator is overheating or something. I've had this happen with power windows, where you need to wait 10 secs before it works again. They have to be able to reproduce the problem in order to find out what's wrong. If they can reproduce the problem and then they are telling you they can't find why, that's a clear violation of your warranty.

Thanks for the info. How did you fix your pwr windows problem? I mean I don't know how the dealer can reproduce the problem if it only happens now and then. Its just really annoying to have to wait for the moonroof to close when it starts raining :(
