Have any of you used Mohawk gas with 94 octane? Just curious what you think about it. The manual says not to use any gasoline with over 10% ethanol. Mohawk gas is a 10% blend so it isn't over but it is at the boderline.

Where do you guys get your 93 octane gasoline?

The one time I filled up with Mohawk, my car ran rougher and on top of that, it felt a bit underpowered for 94 octane! :headscrat:

Used Husky gas (which is the exact same things as Mohawk) on my drive across Canada from Toronto. Husky is all they have in MB, SK and AB, at least on the Trans-Canada.

Anyways, coming from ON with Sunoco 87 Octane and then filling up with Husky 89 Octane in MB was a huuuuuge change (for the worse). Car felt underpowered and the pitch of the engine's sound, when under load, completely changed. Sounded like it was working much harder than normal.

Also, my gas mileage went to the dogs.

Sunoco is the best gas on Earth, as far as I am concerned. Very saddened to see that they don't exist here in BC. Right now I'm using Chevron... not bad, not great either.
