[Qwik6]

I put the metra dash kit on my car a few months back. I no longer have the instructions and can't figure out how to change the display from Qwik6. Another person has bought the car and is looking to change the display. But for the life of me I can't figure out what buttons that are supposed to be held to change the characters on it.

Does anyone have an idea how to change this?

Page 12 of 16. Hold the AMB button for 5 seconds until it flashes, use the AMB button to select the character wanted, wait until the next character flashes, repeat until finished, then hold AMB for 5+ seconds.

Can this be done to any display?..or just where you change the radio out

I believe it's only if you have the Metra kit. Holding the AMB button or pushing it will either turn the ambient temperature on/off and switches between Fahrenheit and Celsius depending on which you do in my 6 with the stock radio.

Or even change the "Welcome" when it first comes on. I'm sure theres a way to do it...prolly need to hack the computer though..
