Car 2015 Mazda6 90k miles.. Video with sound
The sound is a metallic whistle(attached video) been happening for last 2 yrs(when its 70K miles on the car)
Doesn't happen when it's cold outside
It happens only while going >30Mph
Mostly a continuous whistle but gives a break for a few secs and comes back... Not tied to acceleration

Cold is relative haha. "Cold" here is anything below 0.

OP - Have you verified your weather stripping on the doors is good? Sounds dumb but these cars had a notorious weather stripping failure issue and that almost sounds like wind squeezing through somewhere - though it's hard to tell from the video.

This is generated from where drive shaft enter gearbox … there is a Tech Service Bulletin on this involving replacing a shim … usually only happens on autos. talk to dealer and get them to find TSB … they shld do under warranty or tech correction job
