Sounds like the infamous power loss. Do a search on it you'll find MANY in depth topics about it. Has your car been reflashed? Are you running 93 Octane fuel?
wuts upp.. ive had my speed for about a month and a half now and i love it.. i went from civic to this so its amazing.. but anyway the other day i was driving to work and i was making a u turn and there was a beemer infront of me.. so he takes of.. i floor it in 2nd at about 2700 rpms .. and nothinggg.. it felt like i was runnin on motor or sumthing so i thought i had my r brake up or sumthing or it was in 4th gear but nope it was in second.. anyone ever expierence this problem?? b4 this i only drove it for about an hour so the turbo wasnt hot or ne thing.. i shut it off for 10 min and the problem was gone.. never happened since . this was 3 nights ago..

+1, if you're running like 91 octane, it could cut boost/timing to prevent detonation....also if you haven't reflashed your car, that could also be it.My thoughts exactly. If you have lower then 93 octane gas, the turbo doesn't kick in (or it might but it doesn't do any good not exactly sure) and you lose a crapload of power.

I would almost go for that if the revs weren't so low (2700). Probably it would depend on how much grip the road had at that particular turn; freshy paved blacktop may be slippery enough to trigger DCS at 2700 in 2nd while turning.making a turn, 2nd gear? If TCS (DSC) was on, it might be the culprit
