In Europe Mazda has introduced a Mazda6 SportBreak 2.3 S-VT AWD. Only available with the Activematic. But these are the specs of the 2.3 AWD:

162 bhp, 0-60 in 12.3 seconds! That means it is slower than the 1.8! I also read some testdrives of it, and the Activematic doesn't really fit into the car. In the mountains that is, where the Mazda6 AWD is needed. In country's like the Switzerland. Offcourse not everyone wants a fast car. The AWD is also a very good AWD, but the car is just too slow! And there are a lot of people who don't want the automatic. But too bad...if you'll get the AWD, you'll get the Activematic :(

So...this car is born to lose! Put the 3.0 V6 in it, and let the people choose between the Activematic and the normal manual gearbox and this car will be a huge hit in hilly country's!

Yep and not just slow from 0-60mph

I think the top speed was 189 km's an hour?

That's 4 freaking km's faster than my old 100 HP DITD from 4 years ago.
