I just got the VIN number for my 6s from the dealership who said it was scheduled to be built March week 4. I called Mazda cust. Service with that VIN, and to my surprise they said it has already been built and is in the inventory at Port-A.

Does anyone know where port-A is?

The 'port' you're referring to is the release point across the street from the AAI plant where all the cars get dispatched (either via rail or truck).
