Hi,

I have a Mazda 6 Sport Nav D 2015 model and I am finding that the headlights on dipped are terrible, I can barely see the road ahead.
Does anyone else have this problem at all please?.
Thanks
Jo

It means the same as dimmed headlights, dipped can be used the same.

In other words not on full beam.

The OEM non LED headlights tend to be quite bad on the 14-16 models and so I would simply recommend switching to an aftermarket led bulb. I’ve had Cougar Motor LED bulbs installed for almost a year now and they’re super bright. I actually used the same set for my high beams although it got rid of the drl part of the high beam but I barely use them. All I have to say is for $40 a pair and how easy they were to install (literally just plug into the harness) you can’t beat it. You can find them on Amazon.

Yes, whatever, but truly - "dipped" is the legit term used in Britain for headlamps not on high-beam...

Just like wings and bonnet and petrol and backlight and prop-shaft and near-side and off-side...

Sorry, this comes from reading too many Haines manuals, hehe.

Oh, and the Brits, I would wager, put us all (in North America) to shame in terms of being avid "Perolheads" or "Motorheads"...
