Hello guys, I am new here. I own 2006 Mazda 6 2.0 Diesel with rf7j engine. My problem is next - one of four fuel injectors is not working, so I have to change it. Now I have heard that different fuel injector will have different code (?) and it may not go with my car. I found part number with vin number and it is RF7J-13-H50 and I would like to know how to look for new injector and what the process is before and after change. Btw I am getting used part for now. You have to code it. Either with forscan or delphi obd diagnostic tool. The code is written on top of the injector. That is if it's original injector. If the same injector is repaired or have had a new nozzle that it received new code which can be seen with diagnostic tool but when it's not been removed from engine.

First you reset injector adaptation, then recode your injector and then start engine and let it warm up. Ecu will calibrate injectors when engine warms up. You will now it, sound and rpm will change.

I also recoded my injectors, the 1st and 4th new ones.
I have already calibrated 3 times.
I’ve done it with the new code for the new injector, and the old code as well, the joke is that I get nicer values with the old code than with the new one. I enclose my terrible values. The engine is basically running well. sometimes it ticks, sometimes it stops, idling bounces, there is when there is nothing wrong.

Thank you good information i have injector problems with my mazda and the Code for all injectors is 13h50

Mostly when idling it doesnt get enough pressure but i quess i just have to calibrate them, i had 2 refurbished ones installed
