Magnaflow Catback Mazda 6i 2.3 Compatible with 3.0 ???

Hey guys!

I got a question...I have a catback magnaflow for Mazda 6 2.3L 2004 that I have listed on the net for sale. This guy is asking me if it fits the V6 3.0L. An answer is greatly appreciate it.
