EDIT: Forgot logs, now attached
So, I ran 3 MAF g/s logs today up to 100 g/s, and I did one at idle (all attached to excel sheet in tabs). My FT's look pretty good as they are, but I'm going to calibrate it anyways.
I knew something funky was going on around idle (just off idle). My fuel trims will go from 0.0 to +7 when I'm at very light throttle. It must be happening within the first breakpoint, which I don't understand. Unless my current maf curve has a giant dip for a few voltage points, which is highly unlikely, then I don't understand what's going on here. My fuel trims from off idle up to about 2.6 volts. Where the hell is this +7 popping up from? How do I get rid of it?
Looking at the g/s tests, and looking at my STFT's didn't shed any light on things. The first log shows quite a few positive STFT's, but the other logs show some negative, and bouncing around (as they should) but the LTFT's are steady at +3.74 (as they should be.... I had like 150 miles on this map).
Second, my idle is off... it reads -2.5 from 1.1-1.2 volts. I've never had to calibrate the maf at idle... should I multiply a larger range of volts by .975, or just right at 1.1-1.2?
FINALLY.... I forgot to increase my idle on my current map, so I'm only idling at around 700 rpms, and not 950. I'm going to bump it back up after I get some input on how to calibrate the above business. However, should I leave the idle alone, and just calibrate the rest of the breakpoints to see what it does at 950rpm idle? I'm assuming 950rpms would be a tad higher in voltage over 700rpms.
TIA
PS. I don't mind calibrating the maf again, but I'd like to get it pretty solid and increase my idle so I can start tuning my ebcs.
