The positive and negative wires within the headlight housing rub together over the years and eventually cause a short. Melting wires going to the bulb. You can see the problem by taking the cap off the back of light, uncliping the bumper and internal black mud guard on that side of the car. Spread bumper and guard apart and look into the back of the light with a tourch. Need to remove light and replace them to wires. Need to remove bumper to get light out. Check bulb and replace blown fuse. I fixed mine without removing light, but a bit tricky. Probably easier to remove light all together. That fixed my low beam but still have no front park lights or bottom fog lights. I'll have a good look at things when I have more time. I hope that helps you guys.
