Looking for a firmware update for my 2016 CX5 with current version NA region 70.00.100A

Hi All,

I am looking to update my 2016 CX5 with current version NA region 70.00.100A to the latest firmware. Can someone guide me if it is advised to upgrade directly to version 74.00 from 70.00.100A, or it better advised to upgrade incrementally to the all the versions in between.
