I regularly see mazda 6 around. Even at my workplace parking lot, there are 2 other mazda 6 other than mine. BTW, where are you located in Jax?

i saw 2 other speed6's on the way to work this morning. both titanium gray (like mine). i know one guy works at NS mayport and i saw the other one near ft caroline/merril road split (near where i live). i might head up to the sonic near 9A and beach tonight (tues and sats cars meet up there) if anyone else is goin lemme know

Just thought I'd see who all was in Jacksonville, FL now - I'm moving to the Southside from Athens, GA in July. I'm in town now for another 9 days doing a trial period with WWCUSA and looking/deciding on an apartment here, lotsa fun.

Pretty obvious from the title, I'm getting out of Athens, Georgia and moving to Jacksonville, Florida (Orange Park actually) on June 16th! The job I was doing a trial with definitely wants me to work for them, and I'm signing a lease for my contract tomorrow afternoon. I'm really excited, it's a *huge* step up from Office Depot (although I'm going to work at one on Blanding in Jax on the weekends to save a little extra) and I can get all the server experience that I've been wanting to start.

To top it off my 21st birthday is July 6th, so I'll be going out with my brother! If anyone wants to come with us, feel free to ask - the more the merrier!

Stop by the Holiday Inn's bar by the airport. or the 747 lounge, about 3/4 of a mile towards the airport. I've had some good times at those places.

I frequent Jax a few times out of the year. I actually have relatives in Lake City I visit a couple times a year so I go to Jax, Tally, or G-Ville when bored. Got my MS6 from Tom Bush and drove it to CT.... Now there are too many red MS6s in NE. lol

What is a good dealership to take my car to in Jax? I need an oil change Friday, and Tom Bush is close to me but I want to make sure I go to one that's cool.

Why do they call it 'test pipe' anyway? :headscrat:

But anyway, it doesn't really change the sound, just a tad louder but not much that you'll notice without paying attention to it.

I go to Tom Bush whenever there is a recall/TSB to work on. They seems to be pretty good. But I don't have experience with regular maintenance since I try to do everything myself.

I do most stuff myself, but for oil changes I just suck it up and pay for it since apartment complexes "frown on working on your car". Plus right now it's not worth my time to jack up the car, take off the under-guard, etc etc. 5 qts of Castrol Syntec + 20 bucks labor for an oil change (thats what I was paying anyway) isn't bad, and it'll be paid by my employer.
