I'm trying to find it right now. The tiny pic was posted in forum page of some sort. I can't remember if it was even an English language site.

I will agree that you can see the Mazda family pedigree in the fender flares. RX-8 and Miata are looking like this.

Really? You think that the first picture is fake?

Sure it's really small so it makes it hard to tell if it is a chop or not, but you have to admit, it looks consistent with the current Mazda design theme of broad shouldered fender flares and such.

Still, it's nice to look for stuff like this on the web.

Mazda usually makes their new cars look totally different and that car looks too much like the current 6.

I think the first car looks good however.

I certainly hope not! It looks like a late 1990's Nissan product with overdone wheel flares. What Mazda should do is take the 6 and give it some sharp tailoring.

If you squint really really hard it looks like an rx-8 from that angle. At least it has those lines.
