installing rear lowering springs

hello, I have installed my front spring fine, but need help and instruction on how to take off the stock spring and install mt tein springs. Please help!

You will need a spring compressor. If you have never done it before, and don't have anyone else helping you that has done it, you might be better off taking the whole assembly to a shop and having them remove the old spring / install the new spring for you. They shouldn't charge more than about $30 to do it.

Taking OFF the rears is a piece of cake compared to putting it all back together. it was such a pain in the ass getting all the shit lined up and bolts back in.
