Dumb question, but I'm not sure what map I am currently running on my car. I know it comes up when you see it, and I name my maps pretty long, so perhaps I'm just missing it. Anyways, I was almost positive I was using a specific map w/ tweaks to the wgdc tables, but for some reason my idle was set to the stock values (700ish rpms). When I looked at my map on my laptop, I couldn't find any that matched that did NOT have the 950rpm increase that I do.

So basically, is there anyway to download the current map that's flashed from the AP to your computer? Maybe I deleted the original map off my computer, I dunno. That shouldn't matter, but I do need to find it, as everything else is all set up in that map, except my idle, and maf cal.

TIA

Using the AP, go to "Tune" and you'll be able to see the current map being used... file name + description. Once you've identified the map, you should be able to download it using the AP manager.

Yeah, I tried that, but maybe I messed up. I'll have to write down the full name this time as the names are lengthy. I'll try late tonight, thanks!

NO DICE. My AP screen shit the bed about a month ago when my car was still AFU. I went to "show current map" and it comes up as "Unknown"!!! WTF?! The weirder thing is, all my other maps are on there when I go to change map :/

I think I'm just going to use the map that I THINK I have (the one I want to run anyways), and adjust that maf table with the maf g/s logs I took today. Worst case is the maf gets screwed up a bit, and then I just re-cal it. It hasn't been off more than +/-5 in forever, and that's with adding a bunch of stuff to the car, and not calibrating the maf.

I'll post up what happens :O
