Hi, where did you get a replacement for this?

About 17mm long.

I believe it is a Sylvania 2721 and the red sleeve slides off.
This site may have dome details about dimensions as well as LED alternatives
Instrument Panel Gauge Led Bulbs 33 74 2721 Wedge

Thank you; I'll have a look at it. I did try to slide the red sleeve off -- I'll try again!

I replaced mine with red LEDs. work great!
