Although I don't personally care for progressive springs, as they can be somewhat unpredictable at times, giving the car a lower ride stance can help the driver in many ways...
1. It should eliminate a lot nose dive when braking, and the less weight transfer there is to the front theoretically the faster the car brakes....
2. Body roll should be lessened, allowing for more traction in cold weather and rain, but while keeping the car balanced.....
3. They will give a better road feel, making concentration on the driving much more important, therefore making you a safer driver...
4. With a lower center of gravity, the odds of flipping the car at high speeds are substantially lessened...
Whether or not this information is 100% accurate is a different story, but it will be totally believable to someone who thinks you want to install a set of Eibachs for safety reasons...
