Ok recently I purchased 4 blue ccfl to go in the foot wells and engine bay.

they say they are 12v, and they come wired as shown in the picture. They come prewired for a computer with a 4 pin jack, and with a switch. Please help me figure out how to wire them! thanks!

I bought my CCFL from Oznium. Check their website for some basic wiring diagrams. In short, I used "add-a-fuse" to tap into one of the fuses in the footwell. That would be the red wire. The black wire is ground - I connected it to one of the nuts & bolts in the foot area. The 4-pin wire connects between the black box and the CCFL.

Here's how I did it.

Red wire: Fusebox - add-a-fuse - switch - black box
Black wire: black box - ground
4-pin connector: black box - CCFL

I guess a picture would help... lemme see if I can remember to take some next time I'm in my car, haha.

ugh I had them working great, and they looked sexy for about 2 hours and then one of the inverters quit working. I just ordered 2 inverters from Oznium. I have heard good things about their products. Hopefully the ones I have work off of the new inverters
