I have put a cai in my car along with and exhaust. But i wanna know what to do or put in my car to make it throw you back in your seat even more.

+1, your typical bolt-ons are not going to have a "throw you back" effect, not until you start talking major mods with lots of $$$$. if you do want to dump a couple grand into the car then search for turbo write-ups as stated earlier, its been done, but not cheap.turbo, supercharger, new car...

First, it helps to know what you currently have (4-cylinder or V6, MTX or ATX, etc.). We can better point you to the right direction that way.

This is no joke lol.
When I have an overweight friend in the passenger seat there is a huge difference and the car handles like crap especially when going left..lol
