Horrible car Wreck

I posted in this thread.

I'm linking to it for the sole purpose of making people aware of the choice we make every day. Sometimes these choices cost us the ultimate price.

There are picture that are visible, and other that are linked. Thelinked pic are highly graphic and don't suggest you open them if you can not handle a very high "gore" index.

With all this talk of the Mosport track day....the balance also needs to be made aware of. There are only to extremes in life.

Life itself, and Death.

Ladies, and Gentlemen......please drive carefully. I will not lie....these pics have made a deep impression on me. I'm a mess here at my end.

The link....the wreck

Thanks for the reality check
im not gonna click cuz im at work, but im assuming its the girl with the porsche?
wow ok yea those are definatly gory. That is definatly a reality check to really think twice when we make choices like that. I'm currently in the health care industry and thankfully I dont have to deal every day with incidents anywhere near as awful as that.

The thing that disturbs me more is that these picutres ended up on the net. It's awful enough that this happened to her, but for it to now be plastered all over is not right I think (im sure it was some chain reaction as always).

well regardless, we cant change that now. all we can do is learn from it the best we can. unfortunatly a life was lost for that lesson.
Sometimes you just need to look at something like that to get a dose of reality. I had to keep clicking on each link just to know how bad it was. In a way it 's better that people saw this. It might make them think twice.

Agreed... I looked at every picture.

Sometimes you need a little reminder of how dangerous a 3000lb chunk of steel flying down the road can be. (Including dangerous to the person inside said chunk of steel).

Hey:

I saw only a little of the pictures because I do have a weak stomach. But it is a huge dose of reality check. It makes you think twice before you make a decision that affects your life and the life of others. It makes you realize that life is just too short. My thoughts n prayers r with that girl's family.

Drive safe Ya'll and God Bless-

just so you guys know, she stole her dad's porsche and was drunk, it wasnt just random and she was not driving safe (as i'm sure we all do here)

Where does it say she was drunk? There are a number stories circulating about this, one says she was in an argument with her parents, got pissed, took the keys and drove like an idiot.
WOW i couldn't look at all the pictures ... scary stuff ...
Agreed...there is a lot of speculation....the thing I can't get out of my mind is.....what are the parents feeling. If i have this much of a sick feeling...sitting here...what about at her house?

Maybe I'm wrong in saying this....but right now I feel that the parents are the real victims here. They didn't get the chance to say goodbye to their daughter! They didn't get to tell her that they lover her..one more time!

If it was your wife/husband, or your gf/bf, and you never had the chance to say goodbye, and you were left with the memories of an angry significant other...what would you be feeling?

I have to stop...

I just read the current article in the Orange County Register and it makes no mention of any such circumstances, only says the accident "is still under investigation"

I think, unless you have definite proof of such accusations, that this is hardly the time or place to be making such comments. A family has just lost their child, any speculation like that is just terribly insensitive.

I can't believe how ignorant some people can be. The last posted comment:

"No teenager should ever have the ability to sneak the Porsche out, or steal it for that matter. The irresponsible parents now have a dead daughter to show for it, assuming the story is accurate.

Thank god the spoiled rich girl didn't kill anyone else."

is just beyond belief. I'd like to ask that insensitive moron if would have the balls to say that to her parents' faces. On second thought anyone that lacking of common decency would probably do it.
omg...god bless...and drive safe guys...
What a tragedy...more like a family tragedy.
Chris. Thanks for posting this. Yes, the images literally ruined my day, but I understand why you posted it and I hope that other people will take the same message home with them as I did.

In the spirit of US Thanksgiving, lets all be grateful for what he have and try our best to live in a manner that will allow us to be grateful year after year.

Its all about how we choose to live life and about the decisions we choose to make from one moment in time to the next.

Peace.
please do drive carefully... too many wrecks, too many lives, so little time!
I'm still stunned after seeing those pics....and I've even printed this out to remind me when I'm speeding to stop....this is just sadening...poor gurl...may she R.I.P.
