As it states, I took the cover off and that little hose in the front of the BOV it keeps ripping. Is ther a way to prevent it? I've been threw 5 hoses already..

You need to rotate the head of the valve so that the nipple is on the bottom of the valve, away from the IC cover. It has 6 or 8 screws that are not a pleaseure to remove, but once you do, rotate the cover and re-attach. Problem Solved.

Or rotate the entire BOV. Kind of hard but it can be done.

I had the same problem. I rotated the BoV, snipped an inch square out of the TMIC cover and then used electrical tape around the area where the hose would keep ripping. Probably overkill but it was driving me nuts.
