Not necessarily. But an expired battery would. It may be the source of all those lights and messages.

If you could give us some more information about what happens when you try to start the car? Is it making a strong effort to start, or perhaps there's no reaction at all?
Any history that would be relevant?

Depending on the above, an OBD scanner might give you a more specific fault code to look at.
If it's just a flat battery, a voltmeter could tell you this.
