engine failure mazda 6 2016

Need help with Mazda 6 2016 2.5 anyone had a problem like this? when driving or sometimes when starting engine there appears traction control sign and check engine sign and car starts to move very slow i press gas pedal and cant get more than 4000 rpm when i shut off engine and turn on again the problem disappears but then when driving it is doing like that again my dealer can't understand what to do i have replaced spark plugs and the other parts like that. anyone had a problem like this or what it can be?? Thank You

TCS is integrated into the ABS system. Check for codes; I bet you find one or more, possibly related to the tone rings on the wheels.
