Ok so im replacing the low beam on a 2003 and the the H1 bulb i got from DDM is too big. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it???

With some H1 bulbs, you have to punch out a little tab from the metal frame that holds the bulb. I have no idea what you're issue is without seeing a picture though..

Did you ordered them from RPM store? The HID kit I ordered from RPM store is really a tight fit and you have to properly allign the bulb during insertion. Double check the size of the stock bulb you pulled out and allign it up side by side with your HID bulb just to see if they are same length. They could have sent you the wrong bulb.

Just so everyone knows.. The aftermarket HID's normally have a thicker base then the stock H1 bulb... All you need to do is grind the base of the bulb down a bit to make it thinner so the bulb holder clip with reach the catch.
