So my passenger headlight doesn't appear to be working properly. It lights up, but does not seem to be projecting all the time. It did this for a couple days, but now I think it might be working again, WTF. Also, when I switch the high beams on, the passenger works, but the drivers sides doesn't, again WTF! Do you think it is as simple as bulbs going bad, or some kind of wiring issue? I haven't really had time to troubleshoot it because it is like 12 degrees out right now. Anyone had an issue similar to this?

Try to hook up with somebody with the same car/bulbs and test. Sounds to me your just running into some bad luck with bulbs going bad.. I know the HID's need time to warm up and IT going bad might be what it's doing rather than just not working like a normal halogen bulb.. Time to switch to red bulbs anyways to match your wheels! I get people with this problem coming into my bodyshop every now and then. It is almost always the balast, or the bulb. i would try a different bulb first. we usually have some laying around hear so we usually try that first, and if that doesnt fix the problem the balast almost always solves the problem.

Not trying to hijack, but my drivers consistantly turns on, but basically puts out no light. The car had been in an accident in that corner. Any idea if there is a chance the projector itself could be screwed up? I'm thinking maybe something inside like the shield piece came loose? Not sure, first car with HID's...

LOL at the red bulbs! That would look kinda evil! BTW, the wheels don't really look very red in person, but thats all that seems to show up in pictures. Not sure why.

Well I sorted out my issue today. Finally had time to look at the car. Pulled the cover behind the HID to find that the bulb was basically just bouncing around in there. Lucky me, as I'd never seen how they connect, and after reading through the forums, I got to see how truly easy it is to remove the bumper and headlights. Headlight is working properly again. Quick note, when reinstalling bumper, ensure you plug in fogs and park lights again. Passenger fog is painful to plug in from behind with the horn in the way.
