I have been having a little problem with my GROM adapter. Every now and then at completely random intervals, the sound goes very low; almost inaudible. It is not the speakers because I turn it to the radio when this happens and I can hear that just fine. The weird thing is that if I wait a little bit and turn it back to the iPod, the sound works just fine. Do you think something is loose or maybe a wire is crimped? I want to try and avoid taking out the headunit to look back there, so I am looking for any advice on how to troubleshoot the issue pre-taking the headunit out.
