Our 6 is also a 2017.5 which had only 5800k miles when we bought it last month now I’m doing some things to it like I already replaced all the interior bulbs with led bulbs bought them on eBay super deal the package came with 15 bulbs for $7.99 I bought some LED bulbs for the front headlights but I found out that they spend the light all over the place which isn’t good so our 6’s need HID bulbs for projector light assembly I’m going to order some on eBay also look up some vids on You Tube that shows one his HID bulbs compare to LED bulbs on our 6’s
Another thing that I’m debating is I have two sets of 17” wheels that I picked up from my brother they are like brand new so I’m thinking of buying a set of tires for them to see how the ride improves and just make the 6 look different.

Hey,
bought a 14 mazda6 gs 6-speed manual, was really excited about the car until I hit a deer three days after pick up. It has been three weeks that I have a replacement(huyndai),I am getting even more excited to pick up my 6 for the second time! It has about 100k kms, and I can't seem to stop thinking about my car! Google has assured me that these 6's are all around best in class! I know I didn't buy a racecar(184hp) but I want to know about the bad on this car.
Purchased to commute comfortably to work,

I’m trying to source an ‘airflow mode actuator’ / heater blend door motor for a 2007 Mazda 6I, manual heat and a/c control.
Current [failed] part is a Valeo 51872 502752-3470 D32063551A. Please see attached photo should you care. https://photos.app.goo.gl/U1ab7QF5r4ZwHHMj7
Local dealership says they can’t get one, warehouses are out, etc.
RockAuto, 1A Auto, and most consumer parts chains don’t list the part.
Can anyone recommend a good source, or do I start calling salvage yards at this point?
Alternately – I just want to switch the A/C from being stuck on defrost. This is not a new car – is it feasible to remove the failed part, manually set the A/C to the cabin and leave it there for the summer?

I started with putting on HID bulbs on the low beams and LED on the high beams and LED switch back bulbs that turn yellow and 5K clear on the lower valance lights then floor mats that are deep enough to catch rain water from my shoes then rear deck lid spoiler factory one to match in painted as well then it was Shark Fin painted to match and I also put on 4” tail pipes I bought off of eBay super cheap then it was Splash Guards next is going to be some LED DRL lights I found on eBay they also blink yellow when one turns on the blinkers.
I was thinking of changing out the factory speakers but to me they sound good still so I’m waiting on that.

I have a question, i have an 04 i that i just got, i was wondering, what is the best intake for this car? and im on a budget, so im not sure if i want the 500 dollar one. My max is about 300. Thanks for the help

I am a student in high school and own a 2006 Mazda 6 V6 hatchback, 5-speed manual. The only "mod" I've done is an aux mod that connects to the stock stereo. Where should I start and do with it? I plan to turbocharge it in future, but right now I want to get started. Also, I don't think about doing mods like painting wheels or stuff like that, the mods that I want would be for performance, and I do drive fast, occasionally. Thanks.
