so....I have this problem. Whenever I start to accelerate, I feel a single thump on the bottom of my foot. It's not a big thump but definitely noticeable. It is only when I first press the gas pedal. It happens when I accelerate from a stop position or if I let off the gas completely and then accelerate again I will feel it. The car seems to shift fine. There is no lag or any problem going through gears. It's just that first initial acceleration. Someone help! thanks.

I forgot where it is around here, but I fixed this same issue on my car by just adding some thick grease on the spline for the steering column (located right by the pedals). Like $3 for the grease and I haven't felt the problem since.
