Well when I google'd the ebc's part# it only came up with 03-05 mazda6 so probably not. Sorry

These are only for the front set, not all 4. I would look up a diy on here to see how to install these. It's pretty easy to install the front rotors i'd say like a 3 or 4 out of 10 as far as difficulty.
