Thats not fouled at all. Looks good. Do you ever get it hot enough? Like wring it out to redline in a couple gears? Thats the only thing that could improve on that.

I just took it out for a run hitting 160 180kmh redlined from 3rd to 4th then 5th. Haven't done that in a very long time. Had to wait until 2 3am to do it as I didn't wanna get a ticket. Let's hope it helps!

Did notice black spot in the tailpipe though after, guessing that's where the carbon is going?

Well, yes and no. If you dont get the exhaust hot enough to burn off the condensation, when you do get it hot enough, itll run out the tailpipe.

Also, redlining isn't required - a WOT (wide open throttle) and getting the RPMs up in the 6k range is all you'd need once in a while.

What I did was just floored it with the pedal passed the "click" and it went 3rd to 5th. I have an automatic transmission.

How often should I be doing this? I haven't done this a very long time because I thought it might be bad for the car.

Once or twice a month at least, the plugs have to get hot to get to self cleaning temps. A quick romp up to 80 on the highway should be enough as long as you dont get right off the x-way right after.
