a number of possiblities here.Are they stock replacements or aftermarket?
fog lights
i have a mazda 6 2003.a while back oone of my fog light bulbs burnt out and i changed it now like two months later neither of them work.. i ckecked the fuse and its not burnt.. Any help?

i only replaced one and they r stock
It's possible that there was a contaminent on the bulb(fingerprint,oil, etc.) that could have caused the new one to fail.I would replace both of them with a bulb that has a warranty on it and be very careful installing them.Also check the housing to see if it has burn marks anywhere?
If you change one lightbulb should change the other one for balance of light
