Fixed my screen touch

Hello... i installed android auto app mazda6 2016 then i push reset factory on my screen immediately my screen touch be fixed on logo mazda
Unfortunetly My country has not sale agency pleas help me !!!!!

It's important for me that anyone can guide me please...
I loaded android auto 1.6.281040 version my screen touch be freezed after i pushed reset factory
