I see that the JDM/Euro M6 is 2.548 inches (6.48cm) shorter than the U.S. version...why is that? Where are our extra inches? (insert Americans are to fat joke here) :) I don't think the actual car body is longer, is it in the bumpers?

And before you ask:

it has to do with american regulations. A new car in the US has to be able to survive a "crash'" in a certain speed with zero damage. That is why they made the bumpers longer.

The Euro/JDM ones are nicer though if I may say so. :)
