what line did you tap for the gauge also how far up the line is it. both of these things affect your reading also what is the air temp where you live this can afect your boost also

i think you will have to wait till it warms up to know for sure, my car is stock and i havent loged anything over 11psi since it has been below 20 degrees, infact after letting the car warm up for 15min yester day i couldnt get to 9psi and it was -16 out so,temp may play a big role in what boost presure you are seeing. also rember you are droping 2psi at the core so cars seeing +15psi stock are overboosting,modded,or full of it
