Can't find a better subforum to post this in, so here goes.

It seems as though there isn't as tight a seal at the top of the driver's side front door as there should be. At certain speeds, I can hear/feel the seal breaking periodically. It's like driving with only one window rolled down ever so slightly.

Is this something that can be adjusted?

Try cleaning the groove all around on the inside where the top of the glass meets the rubber seal. Its possible that over time, dirt and grime gets in this groove and causes a less than tight fitment.
Try this, place both hands on the window from the outside and see if you can GENTLY ease the glass upwards. If so, it could be an issue with your raising arm within the door panel. They get worn or degreased over time like anything and sometimes just needs a bit maintenance if you REALLY want this fixed.
Lastly, check for cracks in your rubber seal. Sun worn rubber will form small cracks and ridges that unless closely inspected will go unnoticed yet at high speeds will be more than noticeable.
Give these things a shot and good luck!
