Here's a neat one !!

This morning after I started my car, all but one of the dome lights faded out as they normally do - the drivers side at the front stayed on. Moving the switch position affected the others as it normally does, but the drivers side still remained on. Stopped and restarted the engine a couple of times, opened and closed the door several times, but no luck at getting the damn thing off. Ended up pulling the led out when I got to work.

It was darn cold this morning (-15C), but I can't see what that would do to it anyways. I've upgraded to leds about 9 months ago and have had no problems since.

Any ideas ???

sounds like the push button switch is broken &/or stuck.

Thats what you would suspect, but the other lights go out. If the switch failed, all the lights should stay on.

I don't think he meant the door switch, I think he's referring to the reading light switch that's next to the light itself. Try tapping that.

yes the light switch in the overhead itself.

PS if you have a warranty...... don't screw with it...... let the dealer figure it out.
