Howdy,

I've recently picked up a 2006 TS2 2.0d and would like some opinions on whether the behaviour of my fuel gauge seems normal.

I have a 100 mile drive each way to work, and with a full tank of Diesel I conveniently get the following.

First morning the needle doesn't move, stay just above the full mark.
First evening it drops down to 3/4
Second morning it drops down 1/2
Second evening down to the 1/4

Now at the 1/4 mark, the trip computer says I only have about 50miles remaining, when I should in theory be able to get all the way home fine... I know they tend to be cautious about the estimations, but all this together feels odd.

Does this sound like it's actually fine, or calibrated a bit wonky?

Thanks

Chris
