After searching all over for such details, I finally just measured my new Ford 3.7 throttle body and stock (09 Fusion) plenum to create the dimensions below. This is really only a DIY if you have access to a machine shop, but I suppose a dedicated DIY'er could do it in their garage with enough effort. I have a friend who runs the shop classes at the local community college, so I think he has a student making this for "extra credit."
Anyways, thought I'd share what I whipped up. I was going to attached a PDF of the drawing and 3D STEP model, but that isn't looking possible with the attachment rules. Link to the files on Google Drive here.
Bolt holes in the throttle body were about 7.0 mm, but I opened up the holes in the spacer to 8 mm. Figured it gave me some more adjustability in case my hole locations were off a hair. Also lined up better with a standard (inches) drill bit.
