I found a cheap solution to stubborn Direct Injector Removal, the answer is the $20 Harbor Freight Slide hammer kit + an 8mm Wrench, this works great, got them out in seconds, just wanted to share this for any one else who might have trouble freeing the injectors with out the fuel rail
