I was looking at the DDM Premium Slimline HID Kit on the rpm store web site and wanted to know if anyone on here has anything good or bad to say about it, and answer a few questions. First off what Bulb Type do i need, and do you think if i go with a 5000k White with a tiny hint of blue i will be safe from getting stopped by the cops. Also what are the advantages over stock. Thanks for your help guys...

What year car do you have? Only reason I ask is because I believe that some of the newer ones have different bulb types (I could be wrong so please correct me, thats just what I remember reading).

I have a 2003 and use HIDs for both the lows and fogs.
Have 35W 5000k for the lows and 35W 5000k for the fogs.
I haven't been hassled by the cops. As long as it's not over the top obnoxious colors you should be fine. Especially since you plan to get 5000k, you should be fine.

If you read around on the forum a bit there are plenty of topics and pictures of HIDs so you can get an idea of exactly what setup you want.

I got my DDM slimline kit directly from DDMtuning. they were cheaper there.
And love them soo far.

Good luck with your research and install

i love my kit i have 55w 8000k in the lows and fogs. however be careful and i would only put 35w in the fogs. integrated fogs are smaller housings so high chance of melting... i found out the hard way... but the 35w will be ok. i will never go back to regular bulbs.
