have a 2010 mazda 6 4 cylinder. My car started to overheat so I looked under the hood, the right side fan motor was smoking. I bought a new one one which is the whole assembly. The new one as soon as i plugged it in the fan would stay spinning, a/c fan was working properly. Returned it got another now neither are working. I am very aggravated at this point. For the time I had to wait for this new one its been almost a week all together. I'm trying to see what could be the problem. All of my fuses are working properly, and I can't find the cooling fan relay. Some folks are telling me it's build in the cooling fan assembly. I need this car working asap. Thanks

Sorry, I don't know much at all about that generation. @Mz6GreyGhost might have an idea though - If it's anything like the 1st gen, a cheap China/eBay fan module is likely to be busted too since it's a total crapshoot with those - which is why we usually recommend going OEM right from Mazda, despite the added cost.
