I saw a MINT Plymouth Sundance at the grocery store today. When was the last time you saw one of those rolling around? Still not a car worth anything to most people.
Depends on if its the Turbo 2 or the 3.0l Mitsu motor... 4 years ago i was looking at a sub 17k mile Stealth AWD for almost $20k. Id bet that would be close to $30k now.

Looked like a base-ish model so either the non-turbo 4 or at best the Mitsu 3.0 oil burner

Doubt there will ever be any value in the these things. First gens, for example, are thin on the ground these days but can be had for a song, and I don't think that will change in the foreseeable future. The cars that become valuable are ones that can not be reproduced in the modern era due to emissions/safety requirements, market trends, etc.

Any takers for a mint condition Pontiac Azteck?
As for 1st generation Mazda 6, there may be a future market for the limited production 2006-2007 MS6, esp the GT version. After 20 years there won't be many decent ones left which should drive the remaining ones up in value. Except for front end sheet meatal, much of the drive train and brakes are from Ford for that car so those parts will remain available. I have a black MS6GT with 59K on the odometer, garage kept, never been on a salted road.
Even if not a collectable, the key to getting a good price for "nearly" any old car is keep up with maintenance, keep it clean and minimal or better yet no rust.

There will be takers for a mint Aztecs. They will be collectible in 101 years in my opinion.

The AMC Pacer is a similar example from the prior generation. I once volunteered at the AACA museum display at a car show. More people stopped to look at the Pacer than the 10 other vehicles combined. They included Packards, Camaros, and so on.

At 2020 Mecum Indy an AMC Pacer wagon with 30,000 miles sold for $25,300. The estimated value was 10-15,000.

Probably not collectible. I recently sold my 1996 T-Bird V8 with the Sport package to purchase my ‘21 Signature, and it wasn’t worth much, despite being in exceptional condition.
