hey i just found the topic of a how to on clutch adjustment to kill the freeplay in the clutch. the only thing that is concerning me is would this adjustment put any pressure on sumthing that its not suppose to or cause any damage in the long run? You do not want to 'kill the free play' as doing so has a high likely hood of burning out the throwout bearing. The article mentions this (as well as what would happen if you severely miss-adjusted the free play). You want to end up with a small amount of it.

The article is about adjusting the engage point and the stroke of the pedal.

Doing the adjustment runs no physical risk as long as long as you do it properly.
